Door removal need advice

so im going to be drilling a hole into my door and ive never done this before i was told by my friend it is a pain in the backside as the angle of the door to the drill

im considering taking the door off to get a better angle

after checking the Haynes manual it looks to be a pain but does anyone have anything i should look out for when removing if it helps the door card is off already

drilling a hole where in the door?
and they are very simple to take off

ie remove c clips off pins
undo wiring harness
tap pin out for check strap
using drift, tap pins out(ideally with a mate taking the weight of the door)
job done

close to the oem loom as im going to be running 2 speakers in each doors and the original wire is far from being used

You should be able to drill with the door fully opened i would have thought,

Tbh you dont really need two sets of speakers, get some decent components ones.

i have components my car is a streetbasser mate so a single set of components just doesn't cope to well
