Double Din Facia Clio Sport MK3

I have a Clio Sport MK3 2007 and want to replace the factory fitted stereo with a double din sat nav unit. The factory unit is single din, can the console facia on my Clio be replaced by a facia which will take a double din unit.

I would also like to know if someone makes a fascia for this that re-located the A/C to below the stereo to fit in a double din!
