downloading tunes to ipod

got the mrs ipod linked upto the computer now, to download some music to it, is there a simple way to get all the music off my computer to her ipod, ie in one simple move, if so how? as you can tell i dont have an ipod or do this very often lol

itunes!!

In iTunes on the left it will say "Bill's Missus' iPod" or something. Click that, then it will give you a load of tabs. Click Music, then set it up to sync all music. Press Sync in the bottom right.

Done.
