Dreamweaver wont run

I have installed dreamweaver, several times and every time I open it, it gets to the green box thing that says dreamweaver and then closes straight away, so I made another admin account on here and tried it on another account and it works. But its a pain in the ass that I have to change accounts every time I want to use it.

I have compared processors with both accounts to see whether something is conflicting with it in my account, and there isnt. Anyone know what to do. Thanks in advance.

Config probably.
Have a look in your Windows profile for anything connected to Macromedia etc.

If it's 2000/XP, (and not been played with)

C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>

Do a search in there for anything related.

You'll probably have some config folders in there for Dreamweaver?
They may be hidden, so if you do a search, be sure to turn on the XP "Seach inside hidden folders" option.

Expand the folder column out - is there anything to do with Local Settings, Application Data etc.?

its has one for application data, but I have had a look at this before. cant see anything wrong.

Got it working, downloaded a update from the adobe website. Thanks for your help anyways Daz.
