Dreamweaver

I've managed to talk my way into doing some web design for my cycling club, have never done it before! So is deamweaver easy to learn and use? And does anyone know where to get a copy on the cheap?

dreamweaver is really easy, but have used it for years. esy to learn, the best thing is to have a play around with it first and go mad! i got my copy from "a mate" if you know what i mean!

it is actually easier to code it than try and draw it out in dreamweaver WYSIWYG style!

you end up with everything going tits up and taking forver to sort out.

learn the basics of html css, and photoshop and ur laughing!

Exactly!

Back in the day I might have used dreamweaver or some such stuff, but CSS is so the way to go now, f**k trying to lay stuff out in dreamweaver - I bet that makes it 50 million times more frustrating!

In the process of doing a site and theres not a table in sight, things are so much easier than they used to be, and I'm not even a web designer!

Dreamweaver is real easy to use !!

making flash with macromedia products is quite hard at first tho !!

if you want to do basic flash stuff use SWISH

i agree with adams and snoop, i used dreamweaver first, because the college were too lazy to teach us css, so I had to teach myself to code pages without using the wysiwug
