Drive Shaft

I have a very slight clicking when on full lock coming from my CV joint.

Been looking at just changing the whole drive shaft but i see people takling about the "WET" side.

Can someone explain what side the "WET" side is.

I believe wet side means the passenger side, as when you remove it your gearbox fluid will piss out all over your driveway Im sure someone will be along to confirm.

i think thats it exactly from what i have read about it wet side is the nearside and the dry side is the offside

I accidentally pulled the driveshaft out when changing a ball joint on my 172 and got covered in it. Stank of cat pish for days.

Aye same. FML, got a mouthfull of it too (don't ask) and my throat swole up and took a few months to shift the epic cough.

Got AST Top mounts that are fitted by SWR and it was doing it before they where fitted.
It is also a rotational noise but only really happens when im going slow and on full lock
