Drive Sharfts

Right when i bought my 172 Cup out of salvage it needed a drive shaft which i got from euro parts and as far as i no it was a shaft for a 172 never asked if it was a cup, i just read on another post that the cup and the normal 172 shafts are different if this is the case in what way, also i thought i had a bad clutch judder and if the drive shaft is wrong could this be causing the judder ???

The only thing that I can think of thats different is that on the cup it doesnt have abs rings. But if you had a shaft that had them it should still fit. I dont think theres any other differences.

Doesn't the cup have a 1 piece shaft whereas the 'normal' 172s have a 2 piece shaft?
