drivers door card has white marks like salt markings

some help got some interior cleaner from halfords and its cleaned the interior nice but the drivers door card has kind off white marks on it now as if its like salt marks. is it maybe because rain hit it

Get a wet cloth/chamois/micro fibre and wipe it over.

Its where the interior cleaner has dried and rain water has hit it and reacted with it. Will take 2 seconds to sort it out dude.
