drivers indicator flashes when drivers electric window is raised

as per the title, if I put the drivers side electric window down, no issues, when I try and put it up the drivers indicator flashes (window still raises as normal)

thought it was an earth issue but ive just last month put a new gearbox to chassis earth strap on and ive checked and cleaned up all the smaller earth points, battery terminals etc

its an 03 plate DCI 80 with 160k - everything else electrical works perfectly, I'm stumped!

that's been in the back of my mind, scrap yard in the sky if it gets any worse lol its winter so I don't need to use the windows for now!!

Check the earth crowns haven't come loose under the dash top mate. They can make them do these funny little things if they are.
