Driveshafts hitting bottom of body?

Now my cars been lowered but certainly not a great deal more than some of the clios i see on here, but on track yesterday i was getting heavy knocks on the tight bends. After a quick look underneath it seems my driveshafts are hitting the chassis arm just above where they sit, and consequently rubbing an indent in the shafts and wearing the body out. Is this a common issue? I've never heard of it happening on here before, or is my suspension just too soft and rolly ( KW V1 )?

Happening both sides and they are new shafts so obviously i dont want to kill them early! Thanks.

That is low.
I had the same issue, so raised it up a little bit...

You could always mark where its hitting, strip it down and hole saw a semi circle out of the chassis rail..

Common problem with "really low" suspension setups on MK2 Clios. The relatively soft KWs won't help aswell. Raise it a bit or make some space for the shaft.

Knew someone a while back that did this a lot with mk1 Golfs which suffer form this very badly. Cut out a semi circle, then weld in a section of pipe to shut the cut out off and put some strength back

I used to get this on the H&R's. you'll need to raise it up a bit.

Lol sorry I get ahead of myself it's the ph1 172.

misses converted 182 is lower than mine and runs ktec poverty spec coilovers, never had an issue. Picture above is identical to the problem. Is it structurally sound to trim that part of the body out?
