Droopy Exhaust

Car  RRover Sport HST, clio 19
My GF's exhaust is a little droopy in the middle, and I can see the back box now - how easy is it to refit the exhaust clamps and mounts...?
 
Mounts are maybe fooked ??

I have a set for sale if your interested otherwise they ae £17 each from Renault.
