How low should I go? Ive been searching and I really want 60mm but I cant really afford to uprate the shocks aswell. :/

Any advice or pics would be helpful, thanks.

Eibach Sportlines will lowering 40/45 on standard springs. Had them on my old car. Not quite as low as I would have liked but a big improvement on standard imo

60mm at least. Wait and save up, or just risk it with the shocks. I did for months and months and they were still fine.

Dajones off here has been rollin' on 60mm springs with standard shocks for 1 1/2 years now and i dont think hes had any problems.
Save up the difference imo though.

I was rolling on Cobra springs which did the job just fine. Coilovers are the best if you can justify spending that much on a 1.2

Just go 60mm on standard shocks its £100 compared to £300 for shocks aswell.

just go for it you wont regret it it will look nice and handle better than normal... plus if you dont lower it it will just piss you off in your head...

replace the shocks when you have enough money or if they get buggered or not at all its entirely up to you...

Well yes to some it might be, aswell as the costs involved from informing the insurance.

To me it was money better spent elsewhere! Meanwhile my Clio looked tidier for the drop and handled better.
