Well,
Renault phoned, they have ordered two new pipes for my aircon to be fixed under warrenty as there is a couple holes in those pipes.
As for the knocking noise they could not find anything wrong with it, they checked the engine mounts. I think I will have a wee look myself to check that bolt under the battery to make sure its in tight and there is no play on the rubber mounts.
