drumming humming noise at 50mph

Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me?

I've got a Clio 172 2002 and it's got a very annoying humming noise coming from the back of the car. It starts at 50mph and doesn't stop until I go below this again. I've recently had new wheel bearings on the back so it can't be them. It can't be the tyres can it? It's quite an annoying noise that gets right in your ear! (if you know what I mean?!)

The noise was there before I had the bearings changed...that's what I thought the noise was so I had them changed. But it's still there :-(

have you had the tyres changed? maybe there is one on the wrong way round
