DVD Audio Help

Is there a simple way to take the audio from a DVD so I can put it on a CD?

Id rather not have a microphone sat in front of the speaker while it plays tbh!

I use audacity and use the stereo mix to sample the audio. (records the computers sound output)

Worked for that audio clip I did for you the other day.

Might want to turn off msn or you might get a dud dud der dud throughout
