Dyamique vs 172

Is there any other difference between the later Dyanmique Wheels, and Clio 172 Wheels other than dyanamique are 15" and 172 are 16" they look exactly the same to me but somebody told me there are slight differences

The newer Dyanmqiue ones are the same as the 172 ones, the older ones are different.
