Dymanique 1600cc Mk3 Steeringrack?

Hi guys, whilst im trying to sell the Phase One im running about in the old boys 2005(55) Mk3 1600cc.

I think its called a Dymanique although im not sure.

I think the steering rack might be away on it, over cobbled roads there seems to be an extra rattle as if its not tightly in place? I suspected the top mounts but the cars only done 15,000m?

Anyone had any problems with these>? Or know what it could be>?
