Dynamique seats problem?

Hi.

I have normal dynamique seats in my clio with the side supports.

I pushed back on the drivers side top support (thats closest to your ribs) and it is now pushed right back into the seat and is lose.

Is there anyway i can get into my seat and see the damage?
