^ don't think thats at all what Rich is getting at, my guess is he would love an M3 and fully appreciates how good a piece of kit they are and how advanced they are in comparison to the more affordable 330ci. Having said that he is trying to tell himself to ignore these massive differences as he knows the 330ci is more achievable to him currently.
Oh and to use your analogy, i wouldn't say the difference between the 330 and M3 is like Cat sh#t and beans. whereas if you had said its like the difference between beans on toast and cheese on beans on toast (a favourite Saturday morning feast of mine).

am glad that you are interested to buy my car. The car works and stands in perfect condition, I never had any problems with the engine.There is no outstanding finance and the car is HPI clear, the V5 is present and in my name, the car is in immaculate unmarked condition throughout.
We live in the South part of Sweden, in Malmo.
We have a house to spend our holidays in Liverpool. This is why the car has english plates and english registration yet.The reason for selling it now is that we are a nice couple of pensioners (I am 58 years old), we love spending our time (and money) traveling around the world by plane, so a car is no more useful for us. Also we sold our holiday house in England and bought a big vacation house in the fabulous Malmo.
If you agree and you are decided for a meeting to see the car and make a test-drive we are ready to make a trip to England and meet you in a city acceptable for both of us.(were are you located?)

i would love one but i have far too many more important things going on atm so the 330ci will have to do.
