Lovely upgrade,im very jealous.

I wanted one of these but my boss then told me I was moving house.
 
Lovely mate. Best colour too.

Fuel costs put me off the V8. Lose another 10mpg at least on the straight six. Epic noise though. Compromise.

Awesome choice, you'll love it. The DCT is epic and so glad I got it, despite usually being a hardcore manual fan.

I sure hope the week goes quickly for you!

Picked it up on Saturday and I am very pleased with it. The DCT semi-automatic box is unbelievable, you cant even feel the changes. I even managed 29.6mpg driving from Brighton to Hertford.

The first thing I did was to change the silver dash trims to the OEM Carbon Leather dash trims.

DCT and EDC are a must.

The gearbox is unbelievable! When I drive in automatic mode it feels like 1 gear, you can't feel the changes at all.

Thinking of chopping the 335d one of these now the dealer network is full of used M3 being traded. What kind of MPG are you getting on a run?

Motorway miles, on the way back from Brighton (Cruise control set at 77mph) :

Typically around town I would say around 16-20mpg.

If you are thinking about getting one, don't buy one unless it has:

DCT
EDC
Some form of uprated audio system (pref Logic7/HK or Individual)

Don't worry the spec would have to match my 335d and f**k having a manual.

29mpg is a bit of a departure from 45mpg though....
 
Should do. Local dealer to me just took £5k
off a used one they have in stock.
