Eagle F1’s on a cup

Has anyone tried these on a cup?

How do they compare to the original contis?

Are the side walls stiff enough for hard track use?

Cheers in advance!

Yes

Worse in the dry, better in the wet. But this might be only because my previous tyres were practically slicks.

Dunno

I paid £104 per tyre fitted (got 2) 205 17 40s.

  Weeman sucks ****

I had them on my cup and didnt like them. They are a lot stickier than the contis but I found quite a bit of side movement from the rear especially under heavy braking and faster driving. I got them for 77 quid each fitted and the guy came to the door.

Id imagine they wear out a lot faster aswell. I didnt get to try them on the track though.

I do hear both pos and neg things about them

Best stick with the contis or can someone recommend an even better tyre?

i used eagle f1s on 205/40/17s, they dont seme to last very long but the grip is great! just the price that puts me off. I replaced these with Pirelli P700s and they kept the car more stable and still gave the car loads of grip. They seem to last longer as well.

Currently Im using cheapo Yokos, but they are awful!

Toyo proxes T1-s.......£55 quid a corner.

Better in wet and dry.

Good on track.

So cheap, they are almost disposable !
