Ebay tools - Copies? Knockoffs?

I see a few tool company names around ebay and the more you look you see that the majority of them look exactly the same, but theyve printed their logo on them, some have no printings. Im looking at some impact sockets and I found these

This one is considerably cheaper, exact same box but is it exactly the same material/product? Or is it a cheap copy?

Again no name and named

These brands arnt exactly top quality to begin with but will do the trick, Ive seen some reviews on these sort of things and they work pretty well.
Do I just buy the cheaper version and hope its the same quality? Or can anyone recommend some theyve got, 16pc deep impact or just something that doesnt skip sizes that renault seem to use the most

There's every chance they might be poor quality and one day explode, or they might not - you never know?

I find with cheaper stuff it's the size thats not always right, so you end up with half a mm or so free-play as they're abit big.

I bought a set of Bergen 3/8 hex and torx sockets. Absolute pants. But then I've had a set of Bergen torx screwdrivers in my work toolbox used almost every day for the last 4 years and they've been great.

You win some you lose some it seems.

They came in an unbranded box and yeah as you say, the sizes are a little out like some other cheap sockets Ive got, but theyve been doing perfectly fine so far and tbf the other cheap ones have been as well. Just the durability to find out now

To be fair abit of free-play helps sometimes, especially when the bolts got a bunch of rust on it.

I bought a Bergen Compression kit from eBay for testing the Defender's engine... quality of product is good for price.
