EBC brake pads

  Clio 182 Trophy 047/500
I have a set of Redstuff on the Trophy, and I am really happy with them.

You will got people slagging them off, in the same way as anything on here. I went for them as I deal with EBC so was able to get them at a much better price than std pads.

The reds dont take alot of heating up for them to work, and I dont get any squele since they have been bedded in.

I get 45% Discount from the list price, did the front discs pads, and rear pads for around £110. inc VAT.

Greenstuff are fine for normall town driving but if you are a little bit agressive on the B roads, Red stuff would be your best option. Mine a superb, put them on before going to the IOW and drove down to catch the ferry, by the time we got to Southampton the brakes were getting to the point of been fullly bedded and you could feel the differecene straight away.

Still got to put the braided lines on the car. LOL

I recommend Greenstuff for fast road use, they are OK for the average track driver, but if your the type than really drives the car hard then is DS2500 or above.

Got a set of greenstuff on my scenic and they are great.

EBC Greenstuff from me £42+vat
DS2500 from me £90 all inclusive

i've got brembo max's (guy from ebay) and carbone lorraines on the front of mine. they are amazing around track, but bloddy noisy on the road, lots and lots of loud squeeling.

what are the ds2500 and EBC reds like on track and from cold on the road?
