has anyone heard of or have an ecotek valve,i believe it goes between the fuel rail and the brake servo, the reason im asking is cos im thinking of getting one for my 172.

heth

PS. Do not install an Ecotek if you want to keep your engine lovely and sounding great. Do install one if you want to hear a sucking/ rasp noise that sounds like a rather large bumble bee has been stuck under your bonnet and have no effect whatsoever on performance/ petrol/ economy.

a lad i knew put one on his vtr he was forever going on about how it made his car went faster

i really do understand why they are still selling them, I'm sure i read a few years back they got a smacked bum for faulse advertising or something similar.

The Ecotek Valve causes air turbulence in the inlet manifold – known as either tumble or swirl technology - which improves engine efficiency and gives you all the benefits you'd expect from dramatically improved combustion.

Lmao tripe.

eeerrrrr cheers, yas have all just saved me 50 quid ta very much

tbh i cudnt understand how a plastic t piece and a chunk of metal with an adjustable waffle sprocket-a-mejig slaped on top could actually do nething
