i found no difference in responce or anything but didnt expect it. just seemed to drink a bit less. plus mine was free too. my dad had it on his scooby. - surpisingly he didnt notice less fuel consumption, like u bloody would on one of them!
Its nearly £50. I really wouldnt bother unless you want a nasty rasping noise coming from under your bonnet. I bought one and had it on a 1.4 16v Clio and it was a waste of money, IMO.
sbmbailey we can get them free aswell, if you like. But only if we work together. Next time they are both going to a meet we will just happen to be going to the same one. When there I shall distract them both (and anyone else who is with them) with my lame chimp in a nappy playing the viola impression. Whilst they are laughing at me you can be half inching them from underneath there bonets! Sorted.
Dont take this the wrong way but id save your money if i were you and save up for an exhaust or induction kit or something if youre into power/noise mods, and if you are then any mpg you may save will be lost the next time you boot it off the lights! Im sure if renault wanted to make their 1.2 clio any more mpg efficient theyd have fitted them as standard to all of them. This is only my opinion tho.
