I'm thinking of getting an ECU remap/chip for my 172 and was wondering if anybody had any reccomendations? I realise in-house re-maps are better, but is it worth spending the extra money to do this? Thanks for your help.
for standard maps on stock ECU's go see Wayne at Chip Wizards, he maps them on the RR using an AFR meter and you get the before and after power run for £350-450. He did the Nana and 2 lives, two of the quickest cam'd Mk1's about... if not 'the' quickest for spec.
