If it was you - car was looking mint as usual, how are you keeping it so clean in this weather?? You prob wouldn't have seen me as I was in my yellow spitfire this morning while my car is laid up at Rentech! We should do a mini meet somewhen once I get the 182 back.

It it wasn't you - saw a mondial blue 172 cup this morning at around 9am on the spitfire link in Winchester, lol

May well have been me. Which bit is spitfire link?
I work in Hedge end now so cut through from winchester (Kingsworthy) across through twyford, eastleigh etc

To be honest its not been washed in over a month, but then again today is the first time since christmas day its been on the road (broke the MAP sensor) so that would explain the cleanliness. needs some proper love like a wax/polish/detail at some point

yep definitely up for a mini meet at some point. and also need to get my car to rentech soon to fit some shiny new parts!



P.S. just realised that you saw a cup at 9am. I start work at 8.15 so cant have been me!

The 172 cup on Spitfire was me, n yeah was tryna avoid the M3! thanks for sayin the car was lookin mint, only jus got it n tryna neaten up the bodywork.

Refurb wise, Theres a couple of guys in Southampton who seem ok. Gonna get mine done by a company in Bournemouth who can strip, repair, blast and powdercoat for about £130 a set. Think theyre called powdertec, based near Poole
