Edinburgh City Bypass This Morning

I passed a dark blue 172 with reg X*** XSC (I think XSC was the last 3 letters!) this morning around 7:30am travelling westbound on the Edinburgh City Bypass. Anyone off here?

^^^If you're asking me, then no. But if this was with regards the 172 driver then I don't know as it was too dark for me to spot that.

Was on the bend just before the roundabout to join the bypass!! i just seen the Clio shaped headlights and caught the reg lol!!
There was no lighting at that bit!
