Eibach/Apex Springs??

  182 Cup Soon !!!
Help, need some springs only wanting to drop 30-40mm either Sportlines or Apex.

Apart from the price difference:

Eibach £160+

Apex £90+

Whats the main differences??

Also will either set of springs be ok on standard 172 Dampers or will Koni FSD/Bilstein be a better option??

  Turbos.
Ultimately the springs aren't matched to the dampers so handling won't be as good as it could be.

People often get springs with different manufacturer dampers though which would present a similar problem.

The 182 is a performance car so i wouldn't go for the cheapest option in this case. Save up and go with coilovers baby!

a few people have said that when going down 30/40mm the std dampers give up after a while..

Never had that problem with my H&R's

Eibach are progressive and Apex aren't iirc

Eibach Sportline won`t lower your car 30 or 40mm.
I put them on my car before few day and drop is about 20-25 mm

But, what is more important, handling is much better :)
