Eibach spacers fail

Took wheels off the car other day to notice there was a chunk missing out of one spacer on the circle bore which wheel goes on and on the other side a crack in the bore :/

I bought these new a few month ago thought they were meant to be good quality..

Is it worth getting intouch with who I bought them off think it was demon tweeks
