Electric Door Mirror Not working Fully

My drivers side electric door mirror will adjust left to right but not up and down.. any ideas? do they have 2 wires and maybe ones loose or something? passenger mirrors works fine, up and down and left to right if that helps.

i had this happen to me.

i took the cover off on the inside where the plug is and realised the the reno w*****s had trapped and broke a wire when they were fixing the window regulator

Could just be stuck maybe ?
