Electric or light fault?

my passenger side headlight on main beam and rear number plate light wont work, have tried new bulbs in both and also checked the ignitor packs on the xenons and all are working on the driver side when i swapped them round, but still nothing on the passenger side, but full beams, side lights and indicators all work, has anyone got any suggestions as to what it could be, as i originally thought it was just the headlight was gone, but now noticed the rear number plate light im thinking it could be electrical?

check the wiring to the light
as for the rear number plate light common problem clean up the connections and use electrical conduct they just all break down.
