Electric sunroof rattle

  Ph2 Meg 225
Hello, I've had a search on this issue but the only sunroofs mentioned were Manual and mine isn't so.....

It seems to rattle from the left side I believe and gets quite irritating! Like being in a work van :(
whats the best way to prevent this rattle or make it less obvious?

On the electric ones, I think there are 2 screws holding the glass in, one each side. Might be worth making sure they're both tight, you might have to move the glass roughly half way to gain access to them. Also make sure the seal that the glass sits on when fully closed is secure, over time they start to lift and crack slightly (Y)

I have an electric sunroof. Fixed my rattle ( well mostly ) had a leak were the sunroof gasket turned to crumbles. Tooko sunrrof out and silicone the entier contacting surfaces of the sunroof to roof. Stopped the leak and its stopped the rattle a fair bit aswell. 30 nuts or so holding it in, i tightened them up snuggly to help aswell. Not to much or you'll crease/ripple the roof.

As for the glass, slide it all the way to about 3/4 of the way, you'll see two torx screws , one either side. That gives you a little adjustment. Amke sure that sits tight on the glass seal
