Electrical problem. help

Right, i was checkin all my lights, and i found that wen i switch my front fogs on the dont work :S..

... but then wen i slightly light the indicator they come on and the light on the speedo comes on..

is the connection buggerd or.. o dunno

anyone got any ideas?
