mk3 clio 98 i think. 1.2 it has scorpion alarm fitted and central locking the central locking now no longer works neither does the alarm the key fob has new batterys but still doesnt work. any common problems? or antywhere to start looking? the fuses are all ok i tested the plug that goes to the central locking actuator in the drivers side door and both terminals had a connection to earth with the battery disconnected, then when connected it all back up the switch on centre console that locks the doors did not work?
the interior light switch on drivers door did not work so i took the connection of the back and it had been spliced into for something..alarm? but the connection were just twisted and taped together and had come apart so i had fixed this so the light now works but remains constantly on now when the drivers door is closed i think the switch may need replacing?
