Electrical problems?

Everything went dead on the clio. The doors wouldnt lock, took alot of effort for the motors to lock the doors.

So I thought battery is dead. Took it out and it measured 10V, charged overnight and it's now on 11V and not rising. So think my charger might be knackered.

I just stuck it in the car and get 7V across the battery. It's a brand new bosch battery, any ideas what the problem could be please?

batterys not charged mate nothing else it can be really, unless theres a mega mega drain somewhere, but even cranking wouldnt drop it down to 7v so its not reallly feasable.


sounds like its just not charged for what ever reason, need to boost it and get it running then see whats going on from there
