Electrical Warning Light?

Just had this turn on? I looked in the manual and its recommends I take it to Renault? Im guessing this is the best bet because theres so many electricals things in a clio? Any suggestions, or should I just pop to Mr Renault?

Ok, just taken it to a local Renault mechanic, not the dealers, but a place called Renault Speed. He told me it was a stored fault from the throttle body.....so it should be fine now.
