Elements or CS3

Which on would you go for?

I'm a beginner and don't know which one to chose.
It will only be the normal editing of photos along with cutting unwanted things out of photos and adding things in from other images.

Will Elements do all this or will I get fed up and want to upgrade to CS3 once I've got the hang of it?

Elements - £60
CS3 ebay - £130

Elements for sure, there really isn't a great deal you can't do in it, I've certainly never been limited by it, although I only do fairly basic adjustments most of the time.

I have CS3 at home and at work but for what you want elements should be fine, CS3 is great though!
