Right is there any way to get out look to download pop3 emails that have been viewed on server but not deleted.

I have the problem where my phone (nokia email service) checks for new emails, so i can view them when out , but although they are still there when i view them on the webmail of virgins/blueyonder site. Outlook as no option to retieve these.

Is there any settings i`m missing or another program thats better suited

sorted it , nokia changed login from imap to pop

If you're not using IMAP, then I would suggest changing to it, if you can.

yer nokia auto completes from email address to servers used, but it used to be imap then they changed it to pop

Set ipod up on imap too took some doing but works out better , thanks n e ways
