Emissions prob??

Filled up with some petrol from potter bar service station...full tank of unleaded...travelled 50 miles yesterday fine.

Started her this morning the the emission light came on and she is idling and 2,000ish revs and flicks up and down on her own.

So far crammed £10 worth of tesco unleaded and 3/4 bottle of redex fuel cleaner but no joy...any solutions

Check for holes or gaps in the intake manifold plus check the lambeda sensor is plugged in and working.
