EML Light an MOT fail?

No engine issues now but lights still on, is this an mot fail nowdays?

Why was the light on in the first place?

Buy a code reader for a tenner and try clearing the codes. If it does come back on they post the fault code up and someone will be able to tell you the problem

Think its faulty post cat lamda, did the ignition dash test and its not showing any faults, gttin over 40mpg & no loss of power. Bit of a rush to get it set for mot nxt week, next up Airbag light
