who makes the cams? any forged internals? can bodies be made up easily? i looked into the regal turbo kits a while ago, just thought a supercharger might be easier than a turbo.
Pistons will exists just either got to get them made or go shopping just need to know the size you ned etc get road them either to match or similar to what you have now etc.
Piper do the cams I think
forged internals, rods, pistons etc
None exist as advertised you need to get going with the cataglogues theyre bound to b a piston to fit then ming need custom made road or maybe you'll be lucky ther'll be ones to match the pistons and crank
Crack is custom made but thats big big money lot of other things to spend on before that.
cams
Piper do them there regrings though I think
Cat cams might do some I'm not sure is Shrink do (ask Fred he will have the catalogue and can supply them via yozzasport I expect)
new inlet to get rid of the plastic one/matched inlet
throttle bodies
You can either use bike bodies and fab it yourself just need a few bits the manifold is the biggest thing or else post spec types and again get the manaifold built. You'd need to go stand alone ECU at this level though realy so not cheap.
turbo, manifold, pipework, intercooler, mapping etc
Deibel or somehting like that the German vauxhall tunning place sell kit for a 1.2 16V vauxhall engine fnd out the spec etc they use then egta manifold made up or modying there is it can be. then need to make up the pipes etc SMT add on computers can fix the fueling or better still reamp the stock ecu just need a MAP sensor which sees boost,
There are a few companies ie superchip do a 1.2 16V remaps avaliable best talk to them about price etc.
supercharger from cooper s, pipework, mounting brackets mapping etc
Superchargers a bit bit but not impossible if you don't have air con then there more space to run it off the aux belt an engineering place can make the mount up then. Mapping talk to a custom mapper or again SMT it.
