Engine coolant. Help!

I noticed my coolant was just bellow the minimum so I picked up a bottle of radiator fluid premium grade concentrate from my local Shell garage. Not sure on the ratio of coolant to water and after reading up on it I've seen people asking have they got the right kind of coolant to mix with the stuff in the tank from before. Is there any risk by just pouring what I've got in the tank with an equal amount of water?

If it's just below the min I wouldn't worry. Get some of the proper Type D stuff from Renault. It's only about £12 for 5l of ready mixed stuff.

Don't mix if you are unsure of whats in there. It can go jelly like if the wrong ones are mixed..

I meant to mix it with the concentrate. What do you put into your radiator? Holy water blessed by the Pope and filtered 100 times through a virgins panties?

As said above, Renault do a 5L bottle ready mixed for just over £10. If your worried, why not flush it all and fill back with the proper stuff.
