engine cover

i just picked up my cup last week and have noticed that there is no cover on the engine . should there be one or is this the norm for the cup.

i don,t wanna go kicking up a fuss with the dealer only to look like a fool cos its not meant to be there.

Think it is somthing to do with wight saving as the cup is a striped out 172 mk 2 ie no abs xeons air con ect .


Think that you can fit one though think it has the holes for the bolts .

yeah i noticed the holes for it. i think i might try and polish the rocker cover up if i can

They fall off anyway, youre better off without.

This is the cover it goes over the top of the engine.
