Engine / Gear Box mount

After a while i have noticed, that when i start the car, im thinking the gearbox / engine mount is naffed, as when i start the car, the front left (it sounds like its comming from there ) the engine like shakes!! ???

Would that ber a sign that the mount is going or gone?

how do i spot a naffed mount???

It doesn't jump out of gear ! Its just a bit rough some times getting into gear ? But its smooth over days ? So sometimes when I'm going down my gears its sometimes smooth ? N then its rough some times ? Its like its got a mind of its own ?

I replaced the gearbox oil ? Didn't do much ?

What bt replacing the gearbox sync rod ?
