engine light on but no codes?

Hi there

I did have an issue with the 182 but that was sorted and the light was switched off. No this has happened twice where the engine light comes in but there is no codes

Any help would he great.

Find the person hiding behind the dash with a battery connected to your EML

If the light is on then there will 100% be a code stored amd your code reader needs binning.

yup.. 3rd party code readers are useless on Renault. You need CLIP

I suggested getting a clip but I was told there bad news in the wrong hands ie you can f**k the ecu. But I only wanted it for code reading.
