Engine light????

my engine light comes up now and then when am driving.. it causes me car to rock and cut out my revs completley... does anyone know whats the problem??? its very irritating and am quite concerned.. cheers

Best take the car to a specialsist or a good garage don't keep drivng round they'll be able to plug in the computer and read the fault.

Could be a number of things throttle body plugs coil packs lambedas etc.

It'll prob be a lambda sensor, mine's doing the same and I checked it using my Fast Chip diagnostics cable and it says the front lambda's shafted.

cheers guys, cars due for a service and its going in on weds! just hope shes alright, it hasnt been doing it much tonight, just the odd times.. thanks anyway
