engine management light!..local job or renault specialist?

as the title says really.
was on my way home after droppin off the gf and halfway down the bi-pass my management light came on, the car hasnt gone into limp mode or anything noticibly wrong, so im wondering is it a renault specialist job to get it hooked up to a fault reader or will most garages be able to do this? cheers

Mine came on too had AA out twice one was code po130/po131 and the next one was oe41. it still drives fine though.

If you want it diagnosing mate, i'll have a look at it for you. Dealer would charge you £70 ish just to have a look (not sure about independant). I'm using exactly the same kit as they are. However if it's still driving ok, you might be fine. Best to get these things checked though.

yea thats all it is, just a case of want to get it checked for my own reasurance really ,and tbh it dont look good having the engine management light constantly on,spesh if i came to sell it .
and im not even onabout goin to a dealer,just a renault specialist in general , think RS murray in leeds would prob be able to do it.
and it is a kind offer is that mate although i do not have a clue where chorley is n how far we're talking .lol

RS murray (Pauls Dad I believe) or paul at RS tuning might be able to look at it. Lancashire I am matey Not far from Preston.
