Engine mount bolts

The 4 engine mount bolts on the left hand side ( offside ) are 16mm bolts i believe ? Mine are so rusty i want to change them . Do i need special bolts , maybe high tensile or will any old 16mm bolts do ? Oh and are there nuts on the other end or are they in threaded holes ? Haven't really looked that closely just noticed today how rusty they are .

Any info would be much appreciated
