Engine mounts fitting guide

Does anyone have a guide to fitting standard engine mounts to a Clio 182? Also, if there is one for fitting a Powerflex Twisted Dogbone mount as well that would be great, including what tools are needed

Or is this something I should have done by a garage? (if so, how long should fitting all of these take?)

I'm looking for a guide aswel, I'm sure there is one. I'm going to buy the powerflex bushes after reading good reviews, but I think you need a hydraulic press which I don't have.

If you're a bit of a nut and fancy going for it yourself, I did my powerflex dogbone mount with:

Socket/spanner set
Blow torch
Metal hacksaw
knife
Big screw driver

I just mullered what was in there with the blowtorch etc, and cut out the metal ring inside the smaller end with the hacksaw, pressed the new ones in by hand and voila.

The dogbone is very easy,

Jack up
Remove under tray
Jack up/brace/support gearbox,
Undo dogbone on both ends
Remove dogbone
Muller existing rubbers as above
Push in new ones, re-scew everything back.

all you need for the dogbone on a ph2 is a vice and a hammer

when you say support gearbox, is it just a case of putting a jack under it untill the jack is touching the gearbox and then just unbolt the dogbone?

Bit of wood on the jack, support the box with it (go a little past "touching" I'd have it so it was pushed up a touch), unbolt the mount, done.
